Accessibility

Built to be used by everyone.

We build this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we test it against them before anything goes live.

What that means on the page. Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a skip link to the content. Every image that carries meaning has a text description. Headings are in order, forms have real labels, and the request form tells you what went wrong in words. Text keeps at least 4.5 to 1 contrast against its background, scales to 200 percent without breaking, and nothing flashes. The animated scene behind the page is decoration: it is hidden from screen readers, it stops when your system asks for reduced motion, and the page is complete without it.

What we check. Automated checks (axe-core) at phone, tablet and desktop widths, 44 pixel tap targets on every control, and a walkthrough with a keyboard and a screen reader before each release.

If something is in your way, text 502-794-7447 and tell us the page and what happened. A person reads it, usually the same business day, and we fix it.
